Gastritis and Carnivore?

hey y’all

i was gastritis and want to stay with carnivore. I started because of gut issues and it makes me feel so much better but I believe I have gastritis and it’s painful, honestly not sure what diet helps and I was prescribed PPIs by I doctor but I’m avoiding as I’m scared I won’t digest my food, but also not seeing my stomach heal!
