Why does she look down when we walk past each other?

As I was walking toward an exit, she crossed paths with me, she saw me and immediately looked down. She then looked back at me and was smiling at me. But I didn't react at all, like i was just confused. And now she tries to not look at me while keeping her head high. Like now she doesn't look down when she sees me.

Am I missing something? Does she like me or no?
