Would DDR5 4 stick run stable if it only run at 4800Mt?

I heard it can be unstable the higher the mhz, so what if we do lowest mhz? Just a question since maybe in the future i want more ram, higher capcity tend to be more expensive yknow. Assuming the ram is 5200mhz cl40, would i still run into some problem or BSOD later on? If anyone done this id appreciate some comment
