Would you say something or is it fine? A coach of a boy’s 3rd and 4th grade soccer made the entire team running as punishment because of one child pushed another.

this is the second time that this same student has put hands on another. It was my son. He punched the first time two weeks ago. So it was clearly put out in front of them what would happen if it happened again. They would do running and then they would miss a game. I felt like that was very fair, but I didn’t realize it was for the full team.

It made me uncomfortable. Would this be a good thing to talk to the coaches about or look more into, or is this just a way to do things? Tell me if I’m being overprotective.
