Shortcuts and Siri can no longer access health data

Since I updated to iOS 27, many of my shortcuts and Siri commands no longer work. For example, if I used to say Siri, check my weight, it would find my weight in the Health app and tell me what it was. Now it tells me that I can’t access the Health app even though I have given permission. My automations, even though they’re not called that anymore also are not working. Any fixes suggested?
