Gluten-free bagels are heaavennn! They’re crispy, yet light and airy and have the perfect chew. I don’t know how they do it. I have a Modern Bread and Bagel near me as well, but I love Alfred’s bagels more. That’s all, just wanted to share the love. And no, I’m not an Alfred’s representative lol check them out!
