So many issues since purchasing a new tablo

Our old tablo died so we bought a new one and have a lot of problems with it. If things are already recorded, there’s usually no issues playing the video. However watching live or watching something on delay that’s still recording is borderline unwatchable half the time. It buffers and freezes over and over. Not sure why it would be an issue with the internet since the old one there was no issues. I tried rescanning the channels and updating the guide. I tried resetting the internet. We used to have the tablo 4th gen with 2 tuners. Now we have the 4th gen with 4 tuners. Generally I am using a Roku device although I also have issues on my iPad. Someone please tell me how to fix this issue before survivor returns and I need to watch that live lol. Thanks
