Anyone not keen to corporate ladder, just happy to hold down a job?

Does this mean i am not ambitious? i am really not keen to keep slaving at my job to impress people i don’t like at work but not enough to be fired because duh i still got bills to pay. i just want to hold down a job, change every now and then to get increment but not climb the ladder because eod i don’t spend much and i invest consistently. Is it just me or i should be hungrierrrr (cringe)
