False ban manual review?

My tier 1 duo has a false ban that needs lifted, it was not lifted with the recent wave of ban lifts. If anyone can help us with contacting someone for a manual review, it is desperately needed. If someone at embark can actually see the details of this false ban, hardware, software etc. it will be lifted no doubt. Any support is greatly appreciated
