AITA for telling my bf the same thing he told me.

A few days ago my bf was having a rough day. He had a lot going on with his father and was venting to me about it saying how he was manipulative, untrustworthy etc. he took that frustration out on me later in the day and proceeded to tell me “you’re just like my dad” because I wasn’t understanding what he was asking for for plans that night and thought I was “manipulating” him by asking questions. I don’t talk to him for the next day and then when I eventually talk to him about it he apparently doesn’t remember even saying that, apologizes, I ask how he would feel if I said something like that to him and he said he wouldn’t even care. I forgive him and move on. Fast forward and we get into another fight and I say “I hope you don’t end up sad and alone like your dad” he loses it. Says it’s the most cold hearted, disgusting, vile thing anyone has ever said to him, how he never wants to speak to me again etc and now won’t answer my texts or calls. Was what I did so much worse? AITA?
