Probation with weekly check-ins after previously being told I was doing well mid review— Anyone been through this?
ITS WORK PROBATION
Since that conversation, I've been put on weekly check-ins instead of the usual monthly 1-2-1, with a review meeting scheduled for October 1st to decide where things stand.
I do have another job lined up already, starting early next year, so I'm not desperate about the outcome — but I'd still like to handle this well, actually improve where the feedback is fair, and leave on decent terms either way.
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through something similar:
\*\*•\*\* How did it play out for you in the end?
\*\*•\*\* Anything that actually helped turn it around, or that you wish you'd done differently?
\*\*•\*\* Any advice on how to approach the run-up to a final review meeting like this?
Thanks for reading.
