Shopee GDP experience

I just applied for Shopee GDP and got an invite to take the online assessment. Has anyone here been a part of the program and can give some feedback? How's the work culture, environment, set-up (hybrid or onsite), and does the salary of ₱60k w/o international stint and ₱90k w/ international stint still apply?

If anyone can also give tips on the app process (especially what happens in the group case assessment), I'd appreciate that a lot :)
