Could this be mgen?

Hi! I just learned about mgen today and I’m wondering if I could have it.

Here’s all my potential symptoms:
- Mysterious thick yellow discharge. This occurred after the first time I had unprotected sex with my high school bf. It was 4 years ago. To my knowledge we were both virgins so I just kind of ignored it and it went away. The discharge has come back (usually for about a week at a time) twice since then. Once last year once last week.
- Bleeding after sex and masturbation. I’m a trans man on testosterone and I don’t get periods so I always figured this might just be a side effect of T or my IUD. Started about 3 years ago iirc (also after unprotected sex)
- in the last month I have had 2 incidents where I thought I had a uti and took antibiotics for it which cleared it but I didn’t have any bacteria show up in urine culture test

The symptoms are spread out over literally 4 years and I’ve had ~10 partners in that time so I’m really confused about if I could have had it this whole time or if these symptoms could be something else. I’m negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea btw but it’s never been suggested that I get tested for this.

I do plan to talk to my pcp and get tested but I might not be able to immediately so I’m wondering if anyone has insight on if it’s possible that I could have symptoms flare up so occasionally over so many years.
