36m a few acres where clothing is optional but saying no is not

I have a simple but wild fantasy:
A few private acres with a serious gym, sauna, cold plunge, garden, river access, and enough space to disappear from the world for a while.
No rent, no clothes, no worries.
respect the property, and contribute something
Train hard. Swim naked. Grow food. Sit in the sauna. Build things. Read. Cook. Recover. Stay up too late around a fire.
Just living raw and wild
