Question about Inadmissibility

I am an American who is inadmissible to enter Canada. But I am admissible to enter the UK and EU countries. If Canada joins the EU, will I finally be able to enter Canada? Or is Canada going to share my record with the EU and have me banned from those countries as well? I've been to Spain, Ireland, The Netherlands and the UK after I have been banned from entering Canada in 2023 by CBSA officers in Cornwall, Ontario
