As of now I am planning to go NMCH, sasaram, bihar. It will cost me around 80-85L.

My initial budget was around 70L and thought Chattisgarh would be good option and I fucked up 2 round there.

Will I get anything in UP under 80L at my rank ?

I am also aiming for Andhra Pradesh for round 3.

But most likely I will get NMCH in R2. Are there any good options to wait till R3 around or under 80L?
