Chatty NPCs and followers not exactly working

Since the latest update I’ve been trying out some mods that I haven’t had room for in the past. One thing I’ve noticed is that chatty NPCs isn’t working as intended. I’ve been testing the LO and I use alt. Start to spawn into the bannered mare. Chatty is working then and it works when I go outside but whenever I enter Into another building and come out it isn’t working anymore.
Anyone have any suggestions?
