Looking for part-time work in London (20-25 hours/week)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for part-time work in London, ideally around 20–25 hours per week. I’d particularly prefer weekend work, although I can also commit to one weekday in addition.

I’m currently doing an unpaid internship, so I’m looking for paid work alongside it to help support myself financially. I’ve been applying through company websites and apps such as Job Today, but unfortunately haven’t had much luck, so I thought I’d try here as a last resort.

I’ve recently graduated with experience in both customer-facing and research/laboratory environments. Some of my previous experience includes:

- Working as a campus events/experience ambassador, where I welcomed students and visitors, checked people in, answered questions, provided directions, helped prepare venues and worked as part of a team during busy events.
- Working as a personal assistant, supporting a young person with daily activities. This required patience, reliability, responsibility, confidentiality and adapting to changing situations.
- Volunteering with a family-support charity, where I sorted and quality-checked donated items, prepared support packages and worked efficiently with a team to meet daily targets.
- Completing research and laboratory work, involving careful following of protocols, accurate record keeping, data analysis, attention to detail and working safely and methodically.
- Working independently as well as collaboratively, and being comfortable learning new procedures and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately.
I’m reliable, friendly, organised and willing to learn, and I’m happy to consider roles outside of my previous experience.

I’m available to start immediately.

If anyone knows of somewhere hiring, has a part-time position available, or could point me towards someone who is looking for help, I’d really appreciate it. Please feel free to DM me and I can provide my CV and any other information you need.

Thanks so much for reading!
