Not posting pics

Fortunately my father graded my second rip ever first edition charzard in his car with me(1999 base set). I didn’t know at the time what it meant and was kind of mad that I wasn’t able to bring it to school. But now he still has it and has given it to me. What do I do. It’s a PSA8. I love it and intend to keep it. But is it worth it to sell now? Only asking because I know the market is going insane for them now. But it’s not like gold and silver which he made me start getting into years ago.
