best loan to pay of 5k in debt

i have about 5k in debt between credit cards and affirm. my credit score is about 630, id like to consolidate all the debt into one bill instead of mutiple through out the month, as well as if its a smaller payment i can pay more at a time some months.

what loan companies would you recommend?
i understand that i need to stop using the CC and the affirm which i have! im just paying everything off atm.
