Same Size Different fit IR

I tried a pair of Iron Rangers a few months ago in 11d at RW store and fit like a glove. Went back to purchase last week and the right foot only was very tight in toe box width . Must have been a different pair of 11D. Tried 10.5ee and they are too roomy. Tried a different color 11d and they fit great. Unfortunately they only had 1 pair in black that I want. I will go to another store tomorrow. Anyone else experience a variance in size?
