I've been around longer and deeper in this game than you have my dear. I thought you knew that. I thought we already had an understanding. I'm not trying to make a fool out of anybody here and I'm not trying to be difficult as well. But you kept on insulting my intelligence over and over by giving me fearful tactics. I'm just doing what I'm supposed to do here, my job!!

Out of the blue you said out loud "auntie bigyan mo nga rin ako ng donut", " auntie ibili mo din ako ng donut nagugutom ako". Wala naman akong sinasabi na kakain ako sa Dunkin donut nag IM ako. "Then you said ay gusto ko ng lugaw". I don't get it. Why you said that out loud out of the blue to me where everyone could hear.

Then you harrass yourself with your own words in front of the whole team out loud! You described yourself out loud, you said maliit na pangit at maitim na T. I tried to save you from the shame you are doing to yourself. So I gave you a compliment. I said you sexy in blue jeans. Then you accuse me of disrespecting you. WTF!? What the hell is wrong with you?

A manager cannot be overly sensitive about things. That emotion has no room for the title you hold. You also cannot be subjective or worse, become biased. Why, because it creates conflict of interest. Which affects your judgement and decision making. Not unless, you don't know what you're doing. You need to be objective on things and do not forget the benefit of the doubt.

The incident only showed how unprofessional you are. It showed how far you would go to exercise your authority, just because.

I don't see you anymore as a friend nor as a comrade. Hell, I don't even see you as a person.

I see you as an object.
