IMGs facing Score Delay

Im curious to know what our game plan should be. Assuming we get our scores on the 23rd (hopefully) . We would probably get it approximately 2 hours before Eras opens. Should we have already applied to programs and just resend scores as soon as we get our score. Or should we wait until our score is out then apply immediately.
