Seattle City Light - Time Of Use Rates

Just figured out that you have to actually enroll in the program to take advantage of the cheaper power rates they offer from 12AM to 6AM, which is helpful if you can schedule your EV to charge during those times.

Pretty easy overall, just wanted to point it out incase you didn't know about it, seems like it should just be how the rates should be all the time?
