Moving to Frisco | Need suggestions on affordable apartment + reliable used car

Hey everyone! I’m moving to Frisco next month for work and trying to figure out housing and transportation.

I’m looking for:

Studio or 1B/1B under $800/month, preferably near Internet Blvd / Frisco. I’m okay with driving up to ~15 minutes each way if it means getting a better/cheaper place.

Reliable used car around $15k. Ideally, I’d like to keep car payment + insurance under $600/month, with $0 down.

Is this realistically achievable in the Frisco/Plano/The Colony area, or am I underestimating the costs?

Would really appreciate recommendations for:

Affordable/safe localities

Apartment communities/properties

Reliable used-car dealerships around DFW
