Mom taking my stuff

So a few years ago I got my first job and started saving for collectable items. With this I have a collection of various items worth around 12 grand. Anyways my mom wants to take everything in my room and throw it all out so I can respect my items... I have entire glass casings around these things I care for them but anyways. Is she allowed to do this talking to her won't change her mind so is there anything legal I can do because I am willing and have the money to pay lawyers not a very good one but a cheap one.
