AIW for expecting my roommate to be done with her exam by 10:30pm?

Okay, so basically, my roommate texted me at 8:59 that she was upstairs taking a test and that she needs the room for a bit which was completely fine because I was getting dinner with a friend at that point anyway.

It’s been about almost an hour and thirty minutes and since she never responded or read my message saying alright, I assumed that maybe she’d just forgotten to reply. Long story short, I got my key in the door, cracked it, and she gave me a bit of scowl and shooed me away.

I will admit that it’s my mistake for making the assumption that she was done, but I’ve been out of the dorm since 2:45 pm and I feel like it’s unfair for her to basically put me out of the room until 11pm when we have a completely functional library that’s open until midnight and has multiple private study rooms. Yes, I’ve asked her to give me the dorm before, but never for more than hour and never past 5pm so this just feels unfair.
