Do combat trophy counters carry over into NG+?

For example, if I have 30/50 Reflex Combos for Stop Motion achievement and then start NG+, will I only need 20 more?

Same question for Pinch Hitter, Coming Through!, Oni's Oni, Flow State, etc.

I wanted to confirm from someone who's actually tested it in-game. I don't want to start NG+ and have all my progress reset.
