You know what feels great? Not feeling like absolute shit!

Rant

Been GF for about three weeks now, with one minor exposure due to chips cooked in the same fryer as fried foods. And I am already feeling so fucking good, literally all of my symptoms are almost gone and pain has dropped from a constant 6-9 to a 2-4, I still have a bit of pain in my right abdomen, but it's not as frequent or as painful. I think it might be my gut still healing, I stopped taking my GERD and Acid Reflux meds and feel absolutely fine. Guess I didn't need them after all.

Left a review on my old gastro doc warning people that he doesn't listen! And saw I'm not the only one who was ignored by this group. Next time I'll research the place ahead of my appointments. I don't usually get much say in who they send me to with my insurance.

I was even told by my PCP that she also was ignored by him, man I should have advocated for myself much sooner. But I'm doing good now.

I do miss a lot of things, but I'm a crack hand at baking so I'm going to attempt to make my own breads and cakes. I've heard people suggest letting a mix set for at least 30 mins as it gives the ingredients time to soak. So maybe that will help with the dryness problem.

Hopefully with a gf diet my anemia will start to get better.
