was completing all the “have you seen him?” bounties and Izzy was saying slappy made her mad and she was too mad to continue challenges??lol

so i finished all the challenges at sumr camp and even fast travel points, so now what?

Am i missing something, how do i progress or is it just a time intermediate thing for everybody?
