Need help growing

Hi im 5’5 1/2 16.4yrs parents r both 5’2-3 my brother is 5’2 1/2 at 13 and has no pubic hair pretty much idk how but ye lol
want to get on hgh/tyra300 maybe erda if desperate enough please help
