RxConnect for Dummies

I’m new in the pharmacy and there could be such better training modules about RxConnext. A coherent, step-by-step guide & practice on re-bills, status and their meaning, re-bills (again), immunizations (also med math but that’s a separate topic)..
Get me to QP, to look up a profile, to re-bill, and to process immunizations, & I could be so much more helpful. Instead I sit on the computer just to be confused when I get on the floor. Helps not at all and stresses me out.

Does anyone have a step-by-step guide for buttons to hit / steps for a re-bill? 🙄🙃 I understand the process of what it is we are accomplishing, but my trainers just take the keyboard and do it.
