New Mining Rig Using Bamt-Miner + A New Mining Shibe. Much Fun, Such Mine!

Fellow Shibes,

After many hours of troubleshooting and google searching, I finally have my modest addition to the mining pools! This is my first attempt at mining anything seriously, and I hope Doge Coin continues to go up!

Rig

I used three PowerColor Radeon 7850s, which after a tiny bit of tweaking are doing a decent 350kh/s each on a ASRock 970 Extgreme4 mobo. AMD Sempron processor with two sticks of 1066 DDR3 ram (temp sticks waiting on the actual G.S. DDR3 sticks I ordered).

I am still messing around with some settings to get the temperatures to lower, plus I will be adding a cross wind fan to blow on all of my GPUs. Lastly, I have three riser cards coming so I can space out all the GPUs, further helping with heat dispersing.

Here is a screen shot of the BAMT-MINER.

Does anyone know why it says 3 GPUs have problems? I've been running them last night without a problem, but it still says they have problems. Could it have anything to do with my cgminer.conf? Also, they are three identical cards, yet 1 has 2/3rds of the "Load" that the other two do; should I be concerned about this?

Anyway, so long as I am making Doge...To The Moon!

Edit: I figured out what the errors on the GPU's were. I had the Bamt.config file set to send "over temp" alerts when my cards were over 0C. I switched it to 80C, so I shouldn't get any errors unless there is a serious issue with no airflow.

Google pci-e risers.

You need to spread those puppies out for airflow.

I agree, which is why i have three risers coming in the mail. I'll be building a custom holder for the cards so they can site high and far away from each other.

Your pool went offline. What are the triangles next to the pool?

Also what's your config file? My xfx 7850 is pulling 395kh/s

Could you elaborate what "Your pool went offline" means? I am using Rapidhash, and it seems to be up all the time. The triangles next to the pool don't pop up with any info when I hover over. Wish they did so I would know what the heck it is trying to call out. Do you think it is an issue with the pool and I should change to a better one?

Here is my config file. I've only messed with a tiny bit of the settings, enough to get 350, but I will try to mess with the intensity a bit more.

Might be an issue with your network connection. Bamt doesn't say?

Nope, doesn't mention anything besides saying that 3 of my GPUs have a problem. But it looks like if I clicked the number on the left of the warning symbol, it does say what the issue says. Says it is over max temp. I believe this may just be a setting in the bamt.config that sets what "max temp" is? So it doesn't necessarily mean that my GPU is overheating, but I have a pre-set parameter that freaks out when my temp goes over a value. Time to go dig that up...

Edit: Cleared it up! Just went into the bamt.config file and for some reason all of my temp alerts were set at 0C. So unless I was chilling them with liquid nitrogen, I would have continued to get the error :-P.
