How much cgpa is good for bcom from a tier 1 college along with CA

Hey guys I gave ca foundation September attempt and my mid sem clashed so I gave both anyways on a single day but I got law paper back today and scored 24/40 without studying obviously but I kinda feel bad for such low marks as I was the guy who scores highest in school :/
