What to use if 988 doesn't work

Hi guys um idk how to like say this but like a lot happen this morning for me and um I took like a whole bottle of melatonin and I feel dizzier ngl. I'm to scared to take a whole bottle of Advil. So I tried contact 988 but idk it just doesn't work where I live ig what else do I use? I texted a crisis hotline before but I can't access it again? Idk bro I tried to tell my parents that didn't go anywhere. Now my parents are pressuring me to go to school but man I can't bro I don't want to trouble anyone with stuff like that. Sorry for going off track but seriously this is my last option If you can please tell me bro I don't have an option. Death is kinda scary
