Ps5 and xbox-x crossplay unavailable dur to "Version mismatch"

As the title mentioned. Me and my wife started playing this game recently. She's on the ps and is the host. Yesterday there was an update for the ps but none for xbox. She can still play on our world but I cannot join her due to this version mismatch error.

Anyone else experienced this? Are there any workaround?
