Fits of laughter

Does anyone else get these insane fits of laughter sometime after increasing estrogen dosages? I experienced this the last few times roughly one to three weeks afterward. I honestly love it--like literal gut busting trying not to drool fits of laughter. It feels cleansing afterward with my stomach all sore.
