Responsibility or no

I think having people rely on you is a good thing .

I recently started rebuilding my business after a partnership went sour.

I got my first premises and then I got an employee and then now I have an intern . I had ambitions and reasons before but having people who rely on you for guidance and for employment is a different kind of ballgame.

I have a child and he has been my lighthouse through tough seasons but this , this is a different kind of responsibility.

I feel so fired up and I feel such waves of affection for both of them . They are pretty young . I want to be a good steward , I want to teach them all I know and give them the best opportunities. I just hope that they don’t break my heart and that they match my passion and commitment .
