Faction Quests

I am over 500 hours in and I still have over 50 factions quests left to complete. Most of them are either commissions or requests. For example: Tariv Sorcerers. I have had 3/6 unlocked for over 100 hours. I go there to farm Golden Apples regularly and heave yet to find another mission. Right now I only have one active quest and it’s in progress(construction mission)I have been to every major city/town to check billboards and just look around for any orange dot. Nothing. I’m not really sure what to do in order to activate them. I completed the main story so I know it’s not a progress thing. At this point I’m going to every single location on the map, one region at a time and have had zero missions. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
