Solar Tube on 'coated metal shingle' roof?

I'd like to add two solar tubes for a dark low ceiling hallway. My hesitation is that I have a "stone coated metal" shingle roof that was installed on top of a shake shingle roof.

Would this be a tricky installation as far as making it water tight?
