Can we talk about the phone call?

I just want justice for Nolan, I have no ties to the area. I've just been following the case online. I'm not seeing any posts on this subreddit (that seems more sane) about the released phone call from the 5pm(ish) emergency call about the boat taking on water.

This is on multiple platforms and if you listen at a normal volume on speakers nothing seems weird but honestly all I did is put on headphones and turn it up and listen to the first 30 seconds.

No one I know personally has any interest in discussing this but it's truly been bothering me for weeks. I'm sorry if this isn't allowed I just don't understand how this is already released publicly with what seems pretty clear happening in the audio in the first 30 seconds without doing anything to it, just the YouTube video turned up in your ears. It's the same audio on every source.
