Bloc Voting Denial in INC

Hello guys. We all know that once you set foot and became a member of the INC you are obligated to hand over your birth given right to vote to the higher chairs within the inc.

I am a new member of the cult, and is there any way we/I can deny accepting the paper the church will hand me when the voting for SK, Brg Captain or Mayoral election? Or doing it the dirty way: Accepting the voting paper they'll hand me and not following it accordingly. But I feel like it's impossible, but I wanna know if it's worth it.
