Sugary/alcoholic drinks vs vyvanse

I don’t drink excessively but maybe a few every weekend, I have noticed that when I drink especially sugary mixed drinks that my heart beats much harder/ faster since taking vyvanse. I take 30mg a day
When I drink less sugary drink it still happens a little but not as much.
This never used to happen and I wonder if it’s because of my heightened heart rate because of the meds or can I just not drink that much anymore?
Would this be effects of the alcohol or the sugar? Let me know if anyone has experienced something sinikar
