Create Diocese Decision

Is there a way to see what duchies and counties you need to hold that would allow the triumph to be held to enable the create diocese decision to be taken? The little picture on tooltip doesn’t cut it. Also, tried to exam the mod files and the counties listed under the regions have their vanilla names.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
