Basketball in Alameda ( Bay Farm Island)

Hello folks,
Just moved to Alameda (live in Bay Farm Island) after staying in San Francisco for close to 3 years. Looking to get back to playing basketball ( haven’t played in a year after an ACL injury) after work and on weekends. I see a couple of people playing on Wednesday and Friday( mostly kids though). Was wondering if there are some leagues/ pick up games where people play regularly that I could join?
