Anyone want to start a cookbook club?

Hi folks! I've been wanting to start a cookbook club for a while and was wondering if anyone would be down to join! I'm open to suggestions as to how to structure it, but here's what I'm thinking:

• We meet once a month or once every two months
• One person hosts + we alternate/rotate OR we meet at a bar that allows outside food
• We pick one cookbook per meeting and each cook a recipe (will need to make sure we have an even distribution of mains, sides, desserts, etc.)
• We build community!!!

If there's enough interest, maybe we could meet at a bar or cafe to do introductions and plan?
