I need help im new to this

In July I bought a handful of frags and fish for my 75 gallon tank and they were doing alright I went on a vacation for a week (had a friend feed my tank while I was gone) came back and had bad Dino left the lights off and got rally pro dosed almost 2 16oz bottles then cleaned all the rocks from Dino and did a 10 gallon or so water change and cleaned filters the next day all my corals were closed it's been 10 days and they don't look good I'm not sure what to do plz help me
