Suggest a best phone around 60K strict budget that handles the follow

i want a phone in which i can shoot, color grade, edit the film in it

also can be able to switch between the apps while shooting the film like

from camera to

filmic pro to

weather checking app to

sunset-rise app to

light measuring app to

shot designer app to

screenplay related app to

youtube simultanously

without lagging & throttling and with long battery life & fast charging

with very good signal reception in low & remote signal areas so that i can check the weather, sunset-rise details, youtube etc. & for internet required apps while shooting

i can wait for sales if good deal promised, also can go open box & second hands if trust worthy
