Atome Cash Auto-Disbursed ₱67k instead of ₱3k

Posting this to warn everyone and ask if anyone else has experienced this exact glitch with Atome Cash.

Timeline & What Happened:

- Sept 19, 2026: I applied for a small loan of ₱3,000.

- Sept 19–21 (Gap Days): Instead of processing ₱3,000, the system went into a pending state for ₱67,000. I was panicking during these gap days and repeatedly tried to cancel the pending request, but the app wouldn't allow me to cancel it.

- Sept 21, 2026 (Today): The system force-disbursed ₱67,000 to my receiving account today.

Same-Day Early Payoff Quote: ₱102,076 (Adding ₱35,076 in unearned interest/installment fees on a same-day disbursement!).

As soon as the money hit my account today, I immediately transferred the full, unspent ₱67,000 principal into my BPI account for safety so auto-deductions wouldn't trigger.

When I opened the app today to do an immediate Full Early Repayment, the system generated a total payoff charge of ₱102,076. Atome's system is trying to force ₱35k+ in future installment charges for an unintended amount that was stuck in system limbo for 2 days and couldn't be canceled.

Current Actions Taken:

1. Kept the full ₱67,000 completely untouched in BPI.

2. Unlinked auto-debit permissions on my e-wallets.

3. Emailed support@atome.ph and submitted an in-app ticket detailing the Sept 19 request, the failed cancellation during the gap days, and demanding a principal-only manual payoff link for ₱67,000.

Has anyone experienced Atome locking you out of canceling pending loans during multi-day delays, only to force-disburse the full credit line later? How long did it take for support to waive the unearned charges?
