Order Canceled without notice

Had a new Alienware Monitor on Order since the 9th.

3 Shipping Delay notices, each time the date pushed back. Paid for expedited Shipping too.

Logged in this morning to find my order was canceled by Dell with zero explanation yesterday Sunday the 20th.

Customer service was reachable previously and now when I attempt to escalate to a person on the site it pushes me to email a general box.

This tells me they know the product has issues.

I'm less than pleased by the lack of customer service.

Anyone else experiencing anything similar recently?

I'm currently looking at competitors offerings because of this....
